Your path to a lucid dream
Stop guessing what works
Most people try for months with videos and forum tips, then give up. Often the problem starts earlier: they don't remember their dreams. Finally Lucid gives you one clear path, one small step a day, in the right order.
- 1
Remember more dreams
Say your dream out loud when you wake up, and the app writes it down. Week 1 lasts until your recall holds.
- 2
Practice what works best in studies
In week 1 you already do your first alarm night with MILD or SSILD. An audio guide walks you back to sleep.
- 3
Become lucid and stay with it
You see which technique works for you and learn to stay in the lucid dream.
What's inside
Everything for your first lucid dream
In the morning
Speak, don't type
No need to type while you're half awake. Just tell your dream, and Finally Lucid writes it down. Start from the Lock Screen, a widget, the Action button or Siri.
- Speech recognition runs right on your iPhone
- Fragments count too
- Optional red light at night

At night
Guided back into your dream
On alarm nights, a real alarm wakes you in the dream-rich second half of the night, even in silent mode (iOS 26 or later). Then an audio exercise with MILD or SSILD guides you back to sleep.
- The guide keeps playing with the screen off
- Every evening the app suggests the right technique
- At most two alarm nights a week

Every day
See your progress
A ladder from your first remembered dream to a planned lucid dream. Every step counts, even an almost-lucid dream where you ask yourself whether you’re dreaming.
- Your dream recall, week by week
- From week 3 you compare MILD and SSILD
- Then you practice with what works for you

Your dream signs
What keeps coming back in your dreams is counted on your iPhone. No AI.
Simply explained, with studies
13 short articles on the research, with sources and a note on how well each point is supported.

Science, not guesswork
What actually helps in studies
The course builds on the largest lucid dreaming studies. And it tells you honestly what does less.

Frequently asked questions
Can anyone learn to lucid dream?
About half of all people have had at least one lucid dream, and roughly 1 in 4 has one about once a month (Saunders et al. 2016). With focused practice, many people have them more often. There is no guarantee.
How fast will I have my first lucid dream?
Some people have one in the first week, many after a few weeks. In studies with motivated beginners, about 1 in 6 practice nights in the first week brought a lucid dream. That’s why the course runs for 8 weeks.
Is lucid dreaming dangerous?
For healthy people it’s considered safe. Alarm nights do interrupt your sleep, so the app plans at most two a week. With epilepsy, a mental illness, a sleep disorder, during pregnancy or with shift work, it plans without waking you at night.
What happens to my dreams?
They stay on your iPhone. No AI reads them, and there’s no tracking. The iCloud backup is encrypted, and export is always free.
